Representation of Senior Corporate Executives

We have significant experience working with senior corporate executives on their wealth transfer needs. While much of this planning is similar to that planning for many other high net worth families, there are issues unique to corporate executives which we have solved on a regular basis, including dealing with stock option benefit plans, concentrated holdings, and, in conjunction with our colleagues with public security expertise, addressing securities reporting matters for transactions involving public company securities.
