Vidhi R. Shah

Vidhi is a partner in the Real Estate, Healthcare Real Estate, and Real Estate Lending practices. As an experienced real estate attorney, she represents owners, developers, equity investors, and lenders in commercial real estate transactions. Vidhi has significant experience representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of office buildings, multifamily properties, hotels, retail properties, medical office buildings, healthcare facilities, and mixed-use assets across the United States. Her proficiency in drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, purchase and sale transaction documents, and loan documents is critical to her clients’ success.

Prior to joining the firm, Vidhi served as in-house counsel for a global investment manager in New York, focusing on investments in commercial real estate and real estate-related assets. Before practicing in-house, she was in private practice in New York.
