Biography

Rebecca, AGG’s controller, oversees the firm’s financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and the general ledger.

With extensive experience in financial management, Rebecca excels in leveraging cutting-edge financial technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Her tenure at leading fintech companies has equipped her with the skills necessary to drive AGG’s financial success and compliance within the dynamic legal landscape.

Before joining AGG, Rebecca was the controller at two fintech companies, one of which she played an integral role in the successful acquisition by American Express. In these roles, she also gained significant experience in process design and improvement, including leading the implementation of various financial systems.

Rebecca’s career began in the financial statement audit practice at Ernst & Young LLP where she advanced to the role of senior manager. She primarily served one of the world’s largest privately held companies in the manufacturing industry, honing her skills in technical accounting and risk management.

Rebecca is an alumna of the University of Georgia, holding both a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and a Master of Accountancy. She is a certified public accountant (“CPA”) and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”).

Outside of her professional life, Rebecca is passionate about travel and volunteering at the Atlanta Humane Society.
