Biography
Paul is an associate in the Commercial & Asset-Based Lending and Real Estate practices. He is a member of the Financial Institutions industry team and the firm’s Diversity Committee. Paul represents lenders and borrowers in connection with debt financing transactions. He works with clients on syndicated and single-lender senior credit facilities for cash-flow and asset-based loans, commercial real estate term and construction loan transactions, mezzanine loans, and the origination and servicing of commercial mortgage-backed securities loans.
While at the University of Virginia School of Law, Paul served as programs director for the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and treasurer for the Jewish Law Students Association and Latin American Law Organization. He was also a research assistant for professors Joe Fore and Gregory Mitchell, assisting in the creation of the case file for the legal research and writing class.
