Biography

Natalie is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. She represents clients across the country in complex civil litigation and works to secure their legal rights and business goals through alternative dispute resolution and strategic counseling.

As a member of the Real Estate Litigation team, Natalie counsels developers, owners, landlords, tenants, managers, builders, and other large companies in commercial real estate disputes in the retail, office, industrial, and healthcare industries. Natalie has amassed a score of victories in real estate disputes for corporate plaintiffs and defendants, including summary judgment and compelling contractual compliance of partners, purchasers, sellers, tenants, and landlords without court interference. She also has experience advising retail clients faced with audits.

As a member of the Background Screening industry team, Natalie focuses on defending consumer reporting agencies and employers faced with claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including individual claims and class actions. She regularly secures favorable resolutions, including a five-figure settlement for a class claim initially valued in the millions. She regularly speaks on FCRA issues and utilizes her experience in the industry to counsel clients on best practices for FCRA compliance.

Natalie graduated, magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She received her Juris Doctor with high honors from the Emory University School of Law in 2021, where she served as executive managing editor for the Emory Law Journal and was a Dean’s Teaching Fellow. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Sarah Hawkins Warren.

When she’s not at work, Natalie can be found hiking, doting on her two cats, Sunny and Tango, or with her nose in a book.
