Lauren G. Brown

Lauren, the firm’s Director of Recruiting & Professional Development, partners with senior leadership to drive strategic growth through attorney recruitment, onboarding, and integration. She designs and manages the firm’s professional development initiatives to empower and retain talented attorneys throughout all stages of their careers at the firm. Lauren is also a member of AGG’s Women’s Initiative.

Lauren has been a member of Atlanta’s legal community for over 20 years. As a senior associate in the Financial Institutions practice of an AmLaw 100 firm, she was actively involved in attorney recruiting and mentoring and was a member of the firm’s Hiring Committee. She also served as a director in the Career Center at Emory University School of Law, where she spent a decade counseling law students and alumni and developing professional development programming.

She is a member of the Atlanta Legal Recruitment Association, having served on its board of directors. She is also a member of the National Association for Law Placement and has been a speaker at its Annual Education Conference.
