Biography
Jennifer is AGG’s Director of Knowledge Management.
The goal of knowledge management at AGG is to achieve a constant flow of information, continuous transfer of knowledge, and effective sharing of experience by focusing on people, platforms, processes, and problem solving. Jennifer leads the knowledge management team and is responsible for efficiency-enhancing technologies, such as artificial intelligence and document automation, that enhance attorney workflows and processes. Jennifer works closely with practice group leaders to identify the specific knowledge management needs of each group and leverage knowledge management assets across the firm.
Prior to joining AGG, Jennifer worked for the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals as the Milwaukee County Law Librarian.
