Biography
Grace is an associate in the Healthcare practice and a member of the Hospitals & Health Systems, Life Sciences, and Post-Acute & Long-Term Care industry teams.
Grace focuses her practice on providing transactional and regulatory counseling for a variety of clients across the healthcare industry.
While earning her J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law, Grace served as a clerk for Justice Shawn Ellen LaGrua of the Supreme Court of Georgia and for Judge Craig L. Schwall in the Superior Court of Fulton County. She was actively involved in her law school community, serving as president of the Student Health Law Association and representing GSU in national health law moot court competitions.
Prior to attending law school, Grace enjoyed a successful career working in private intelligence and crisis communications for Fortune 500 companies, as well as healthcare organizations and healthcare technology startups.
