Emilie L. Pfister

Emilie is an associate in the Corporate & Finance and Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practices.

Emilie focuses her practice on counseling clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. She advises both companies and executives on matters related to equity arrangements, deferred compensation, and Code Section 280G golden parachute issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other corporate transactions, as well as the negotiation of executive employment and severance agreements.

Prior to joining AGG, she practiced in the ERISA & Executive Compensation department of an Am Law 20 firm.
