Allison J. Beachy

Allison is an associate in the Private Wealth practice and Tax-Exempt & Charitable Organizations industry team.

Allison focuses her practice on advising high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning, family business succession planning, charitable giving, and estate administration. She has in-depth experience in representing financial institutions in asset-backed and mortgage-backed securitizations, warehousing arrangements, and more. Additionally, Allison previously served as an international tax associate for one of the world’s largest account firms, advising clients on cross-border transactions and restructurings.

Allison earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where she was recognized as a Merit Scholar. She later received an LL.M. in Taxation with honors from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she was also named a Tax Program Merit Scholar.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys playing golf and pickleball and is actively involved in pro bono work.
