Matt Brohm Authors Chapter in AHLA’s Publication on the Corporate Practice of Medicine: A 50 State Survey

AGG Healthcare partner Matt Brohm authored a chapter in the third edition of the American Health Law Association’s Corporate Practice of Medicine: A 50 State Survey.

The publication features a roadmap for understanding state laws restricting the corporate practice of medicine. Readers will:

• learn which model of the doctrine each state follows;
• discover sources to consult for more detail; and
• explore related issues, such as fee splitting and the unlicensed practice of medicine.

This is Matt’s third year in a row authoring the chapter focused on Georgia’s corporate practice of medicine laws.
