Two AGG Attorneys Appointed to INTA Committees for 2024-2025 Term

AGG is pleased to announce that AGG Intellectual Property partner and head of Trademarks, Anuj Desai, and AGG Intellectual Property and Trademarks attorney, Erin Winn, have been appointed to International Trademark Association (“INTA”) committees for the 2024-2025 term.

Anuj has been reappointed to the Commercialization of Brands Committee, which develops educational offerings and best practice documents relating to the in-market commercialization of brand offerings. Anuj has served on this committee and its Advertising Subcommittee since 2022. Previously, Anuj was a member of INTA’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and Law Firm Committee.

Erin has been appointed to the Right of Publicity Committee, which develops and advocates INTA’s policy regarding the right of publicity, as well as monitors developments in treaties, case law, legislation and implementation in various jurisdictions, completes analyses, and proposes policy recommendations to INTA’s board.
