Matt Lavin Appointed to Executive Committee for Direct-Action Plaintiffs in MultiPlan Collusion MDL

U.S. District Judge Matthew Kennelly of the Northern District of Illinois has appointed AGG Healthcare Litigation partner Matt Lavin to serve on the Executive Committee for direct-action plaintiffs in multidistrict antitrust litigation accusing MultiPlan and numerous insurers of colluding to price fix and systematically underpay out-of-network healthcare services.
