Kathryn Hecker Elected Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

Atlanta, January 22, 2024 – Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG) is pleased to announce that AGG Private Wealth partner Kathryn Baldwin Hecker has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

ACTEC is a group of peer-elected trust and estate attorneys across the U.S. and abroad. Fellows are respected trust and estate attorneys who have more than 10 years of experience in probate and trust law or estate planning. Lawyers and law professors are elected to be Fellows based on their outstanding reputation, exceptional skill, and substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching, and participating in bar activities. There are just 50 ACTEC Fellows in Georgia.

Kathryn’s practice focuses on complex wealth transfer planning, including federal and state wealth transfer taxation, international wealth transfer planning, estate planning, business succession planning, and charitable planning for high net worth families and individuals. She is also the co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative.
