Kathryn Hecker Elected Chair of State Bar of Georgia Nonprofit Law Section

AGG Private Wealth partner Kathryn Hecker was elected chair of the Nonprofit Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Her term will begin on July 1, 2022.

The Nonprofit Law Section is comprised of members of the State Bar of Georgia who are legal advisers in nonprofit law and provides an opportunity for the exchange of information and ideas related to nonprofit law. Previously, Kathryn served as vice-chair and an at-large member of the Executive Committee of the Nonprofit Law Section.
