Jeff Jacobovitz Appeared on CNN Newsroom to Discuss Georgia Special Grand Jury and Meadows’ Removal Motion

On September 10, 2023, Jeff Jacobovitz, AGG trial attorney and adjunct law professor at American University, appeared on the weekend edition of CNN Newsroom with Fredricka Whitfield to discuss the Georgia special grand jury proceeding in which the grand jury recommended indicting 39 individuals, including three senators. Jeff and Fredericka also discussed the denial of Mark Meadows’ motion to remove his case to federal court and the chances of former President Donald Trump prevailing on a similar removal motion.
