David Marmins Becomes First Attorney Accepted Into NAIOP’s National Forum on Redevelopment of Commercial Real Estate

Atlanta, April 14, 2025 – Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG) is pleased to announce that David J. Marmins, partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice and leader of the Real Estate Litigation team, has been selected for membership in NAIOP’s (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association) prestigious National Forum on Redevelopment of Commercial Real Estate. With the majority of members consisting of developers, owners, investors, and other professionals engaged in complex commercial development, David is first attorney to be accepted into the Forum.

The Forum focuses on the redevelopment of single use properties into mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly developments fueled by demographic trends indicating demand for dense, walkable communities. Particularly, the members of the Forum address opportunities and challenges surrounding redevelopment in both urban and suburban environments.

NAIOP is a national organization — with a strong Georgia Chapter — that provides advocacy, education, research, and connections to the commercial real estate development industry. The Redevelopment Forum will meet in New Orleans in May 2025 for the annual National Forums Symposium, which brings together prominent industry professionals from across North America to share best practices, strengthen relationships with fellow Forums partners, and identify how best to capitalize on business opportunities.
