Daily Report Features Sean Fogarty’s Insight on AGG 2023 Performance

AGG managing partner Sean Fogarty was quoted in an article published by the Daily Report and American Lawyer discussing AGG’s 2023 performance based on information submitted in the annual Am Law survey.

Sean highlighted the firm’s growth, including a significant uptick in a number of partners from successful lateral recruiting in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., as well as its large partner class that promoted 11 attorneys. The firm also saw increases in revenue, profit per partner, and first-year associate salary.

In addition to discussing the strong year AGG’s Healthcare and transactional practices had in 2023, Sean also shared the opportunity other practices had to better engage clients.

“It was a slowed economy, but those economies are opportunities,” Sean said. “That frees up time to go out and build relationships, improve your network, listen to clients . . . and deliver a better product at the end.”
