AGG’s Newest Real Estate Additions Featured in Law360 and Daily Report

On September 20, 2023, Law360 highlighted the addition of four new attorneys to AGG’s Real Estate practice, including partner Kelly Bissinger and associates Ari Cohen and Nick Tsimortos in the firm’s growing D.C. office, as well as associate Megan Wemmer in Atlanta.

Adding to the firm’s announcement, Kelly told Law360 that she was drawn to AGG for “its multidisciplinary approach” to affordable and low-income housing tax credit transaction work.

“The firm has strength and depth in real estate, tax, and other practice areas to collaborate and effectively handle a variety of affordable housing transactions from complex urban mixed-use and portfolio transactions to rural housing transactions,” Kelly said

“I am passionate about affordable housing and economic development, and the thing I enjoy most about my practice is the positive societal impact of this industry,” she added in response to what drives her work on behalf of her clients.
