AGG Represents Treasure Health in Merger With St. Francis Reflections LifeStage Care

Atlanta, November 7, 2024 – Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG) represented Treasure Health, a Florida-based nonprofit hospice and palliative care provider, in its affiliation with St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care, a nonprofit hospice and palliative care provider based in Brevard County, Florida. Together, the two nonprofit hospice and palliative care providers serve more than 7,000 patients annually and employ more than 600 clinical and administrative staff in Brevard, Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee counties. The transaction closed on October 1, 2024.
