AGG Represents TalentQuest in Strategic Acquisition by Energage

Atlanta, March 26, 2025 – Arnall Golden Gregory LLP (AGG) represented TalentQuest, a proven leader in personalized talent management solutions, in its sale of sale of certain assets to Energage, an HR technology company. The transaction creates a powerful employee experience solution connecting engagement insights with personalized talent development tools.

AGG guided TalentQuest in structuring the transaction, which included a pre-closing spinoff and sale of select assets to Energage. As part of the deal, Energage acquired the assets of TalentQuest and its Indian subsidiary related to its talent management software business, while the assets related to TalentQuest’s learning content solutions business were distributed to an affiliated entity.
