AGG Represents Sabal Therapeutics in Acquisition by Rosemont Pharmaceuticals

AGG represented Sabal Therapeutics and its affiliates on its successful acquisition by UK-based Rosemont Pharmaceuticals Ltd. This acquisition allows Rosemont to directly supply branded and generic liquid medicines to the U.S. market, notably enhancing its ability to serve patients with swallowing difficulties.
