AGG Names Mike Thaler as Co-Chair of Corporate & Finance Practice

Mike, a partner within the Corporate & Finance practice, brings a wealth of experience in representing both private and public companies in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities. His extensive experience spans diverse industries such as transportation, healthcare, retail, food distribution, and e-commerce, among others.
