Tyson also advises charitable organizations, including private foundations and public charities, on formation, tax exemption applications, and compliance issues.

A frequent speaker and author on wealth transfer planning strategies, Tyson addresses areas such as planning for potential changes to estate and gift tax laws, the income tax aspects of estate planning, will drafting, and complex gifting techniques.
