Please join Jackie Cooney, AGG Privacy & Cybersecurity co-chair, and Erin Doyle, AGG Privacy & Cybersecurity attorney, for a complimentary webinar providing an overview of U.S. privacy laws and their impact on retailers. David Marmins, AGG Litigation partner and Retail industry team member, will moderate the discussion, which will cover federal and state privacy laws regulating consumer personal information, including sensitive information such as health and biometric data. Jackie, Erin, and David will also be joined by Julia Mehlman, assistant vice president, privacy counsel for L’Oréal USA, who will bring a unique perspective on the effect of data privacy laws on brick-and-mortar businesses.
