Montserrat Miller and Teri Simmons will speak at the State Bar of Georgia’s Business Immigration Law CLE program on November 14, 2019. Ms. Miller will present on “I-9 Compliance Issues and Enforcement Issues”. This panel will discuss the latest issues in I-9 compliance, internal audits, SSN nonmatch letters, enforcement actions and civil and criminal penalties.
