AGG Real Estate partners Phil Skinner and Ted Woodward are speaking at the 13^th Annual International Bar Association (“IBA”) Real Estate Investments Conference in Santiago, Chile.

Phil is serving as the session co-chair for the “Global Trends of Industrial Real Estate Assets” panel on April 20, 2023. During this session, key players in the real estate industry will analyze the latest trends in the market, with special focus on distribution centers, warehouses, and data centers.

Ted is speaking on the “Commercial and Long-Term Leases After the Pandemic” panel on April 21, 2023. This panel will discuss new tendencies on commercial and long-term leases considering the effects of the pandemic.
