AGG Litigation partner Morgan Harrison spoke at the American Bar Association’s 32^nd Annual Toxic Torts & Environmental Law Spring Conference on April 13, 2024, in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Morgan served on a panel titled “PFAS and Consumer Products,” which covered the history of PFAS use in manufacturing and the routes by which it has been found in food, products targeted for use by children, electronics, textiles and apparel, and cosmetics.

The panel also addressed why cosmetics provide a unique discussion point for PFAS in product liability litigation and discussed PFAS-containing products in the environment.
