Mike Burke to Speak on Law Firm Management at 2023 Biennial IBA African Regional Forum Conference

Mike Burke, AGG Corporate partner and administrative partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, will speak at the 2023 Biennial International Bar Association (“IBA”) African Regional Forum Conference on September 15, 2023, in Kigali, Rwanda.

Mike will serve as a panelist during Breakout Session 7: “What Have We Come Back To? Making a Success of the Post-Pandemic Law Firm.” The panel will address:

• reshaping workplace culture and expectations;
• managing the hybrid team and tracking performance;
• addressing diversity and equity gaps; and
• strategies for ensuring well-being and wellness of the team.

The full conference will be held at the Kigali Convention Centre from September 13-15, 2023. Other topics include regional integration, technological disruption, fostering sustainability, and more. The conference is co-presented by the IBA African Regional Forum and the Rwanda Bar Association, supported by the East Africa Law Society.
