Earlier this year, the Supreme Court of the United States issued three decisions that greatly strengthened the hand of life sciences companies in matters involving federal regulators. These decisions ended Chevron deference to agency interpretations of ambiguous statutes (Loper Bright), changed the trigger for the statute of limitations period for challenges to agency rules (Corner Post), and breathed new life into Seventh Amendment challenges to administrative penalty proceedings (Jarkesy). In this webinar, AGG Healthcare partners David Blank and Brian Stimson will share practical strategies that life sciences companies can use to leverage these decisions to protect and advance their interests, including:
