AGG Background Screening attorneys Kevin Coy and Erin Doyle will present a webinar for the Professional Background Screening Association titled “State Privacy Law Developments and Background Screening” on March 30, 2022, from 3-4 p.m. EDT.

Kevin and Erin will explore how the new generation of state privacy laws may impact background screening. They will look at the laws in California, Colorado, and Virginia, as well as proposals pending in other states. Additionally, they will consider the scope of exemptions for consumer reporting activities in these laws and how background screeners may be covered.
