AGG Private Wealth partner Kathryn Hecker will present “Here Comes the Sun(set): Getting Ready for the Avalanche of Complicated Gift Tax Returns” at the 59th Annual Southern Federal Tax Institute on October 24, 2024, in Atlanta, Georgia.

During this session, Kathryn will discuss incorporating gift tax return preparation as part of the gift planning process, suggest best practices for reporting, and highlight common errors seen on gift tax returns.
