AGG Healthcare of counsel Jennifer Hilliard will address Medicare Advantage contracting issues at the American Health Law Association’s Long Term and Post-Acute Care Law and Compliance Conference, which will be held from February 3-5, 2025, in Orlando, Florida.

As Medicare beneficiaries continue to opt for Medicare Advantage plans over traditional Medicare benefits, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other providers must assess whether to join Medicare Advantage plan networks or remain out-of-network providers.
