AGG partner Edward A. Marshall spoke at Electronic Transactions Association’s Policy Day in a session titled “Financial Inclusion Through FinTech” and moderated a panel with representatives from Square, Paysafe Group and Netspend on September 16. The virtual presentation coincided with the release of the third version of the ETA Guidelines on Underwriting and Risk Monitoring, which Ed helped to create.
