David Blank to Speak on OIG Exclusions at HCCA’s Annual Compliance Institute

On April 30, 2025, AGG Healthcare Litigation partner David Blank will speak at HCCA’s 29th Annual Compliance Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada.

David’s panel titled “501 Exclusions” will cover the scope of OIG’s exclusion authorities, their impact on individuals and employers, proposed regulatory changes, best practices for screening exclusion lists, and strategies for managing identified exclusions and self-disclosures in light of recent enforcement activity.

The full conference will be held from April 28 – May 1, 2025, at the ARIA Resort & Casino.
