AGG Intellectual Property partner and head of Trademarks, Anuj Desai, is moderating a table topic titled “Restaurant Marketing and Advertising Hot Topics and Trending Issues” at the International Trademark Association (INTA) 2022 Annual Meeting on May 2, 2022, from 1:15-3:15 p.m. EDT.
Anuj currently serves on INTA’s Commercialization of Brands Committee for the 2022-2023 term and recently joined its Advertising Subcommittee. The table topic will relate to the committee’s work, which involves developing resources, including educational offerings and best practice guidelines connected to the in-market commercialization of brand offerings.
AGG Intellectual Property attorneys Scott Taylor and Erin Winn will also attend the annual meeting.
The full program will be held from April 30-May 4, 2022, virtually and in person in Washington, D.C. Attendees will gain new perspectives, fresh ideas, and a renewed connection with the trademark community.
