Anuj Desai and Matt Wilson to Speak on Copyrights and the Music Industry at UGA Journal of Intellectual Property Law Annual Symposium

Anuj Desai, AGG Intellectual Property partner and head of Trademarks, and Matt Wilson, AGG Entertainment & Sports chair, will speak at the UGA Journal of Intellectual Property Law Annual Symposium on March 14, 2025, at the University of Georgia’s Dean Rusk Hall in Athens, Georgia.

Anuj will present a session titled “Creative Review: A Pragmatic Approach for Legally Compliant Brands and Advertising,” which will explore the intersection of advertising law and trademark compliance from domestic and international perspectives.

Matt will present a session titled “Copyrights and the Music Industry,” which will offer insights into copyright law, the history of the U.S. music business, and current legal challenges shaping the industry.
