Alan Minsk to Speak on FDA Guidance on Digital Health Technologies at DGE’s 5th Clinical Trial Agreements Conference

AGG Food & Drug chair Alan Minsk will speak at Dynamic Global Events’ 5^th Clinical Trial Agreements conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on August 21, 2024.

Alan will serve on a panel titled “Examine the Recent FDA Guidance Surrounding Digital Health Technologies,” which will explore the recent FDA guidance on digital health technologies in order to understand how to properly utilize them, debate the legal risk involved in digital health technologies when going over informed consent, and identify how digital health technologies can improve the efficiency of clinical trial data acquisition.

The full conference, which will be held from August 21-22, 2024, at the Inn at Penn, will address remote monitoring, fair market value, GDPR compliance, AI advancements, and more.
