Alan Minsk to Present on Recent Developments in Medical and Scientific Communications at DIA’s Advertising and Promotion Regulatory Affairs Conference

On February 24, 2025, AGG Food & Drug chair Alan Minsk will present at DIA’s Advertising and Promotion Regulatory Affairs Conference in Bethesda, Maryland.

Alan will speak on a panel titled “Medical and Scientific Communication: Examining Recent Developments and Maintaining the Distinction from Promotion,” which will examine developments in medical and scientific communications concerning FDA’s recent draft guidance documents addressing (1) communications to healthcare professionals regarding scientific information on unapproved uses; and (2) misinformation found in internet-based communications.
