On September 22, 2022, AGG Healthcare of counsel Alan Horowitz will present a complimentary educational program titled, “Charting with a Jury in Mind,” hosted by Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice.

This presentation will explore the legal ramifications of clinical documentation using actual cases as examples of how to avoid liability. Additionally, Alan will focus on risk management strategies, as well as how to create clinical documentation that maximizes quality of care for patients while mitigating potential liability, regardless of the clinical settling.

The program will be held at the Vista at Applewood Golf Course in Golden, Colorado, from 4-5:30 p.m.
