ACC Georgia’s Fintech Member Interest Group will host a fireside chat with Nicholas May, assistant director of the FTC’s Southeast Region, on September 9, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Global Payments’ office in Atlanta, Georgia. As the leader of the Fintech Member Interest Group, AGG looks forward to sponsoring and moderating the event.

• The FTC’s historical enforcement action activity against merchant acquirers and fintech firms
• Factors that may lead the FTC to initiate investigative and/or enforcement activity
• Current areas of interest regarding payments and fintech
