AGG to Host CREW Atlanta DEI Program Addressing History of Discriminatory Housing Practices

Event Details

On August 23, 2023, AGG will host the Commercial Real Estate Women (“CREW”) of Atlanta’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee program, “Not Your Average Book Club.”

The event will include a panel moderated by AGG Real Estate partner and Affordable Housing team member, Althea Broughton, on housing policy, how Atlanta’s policymakers are working to provide more affordable and equitable housing, and what those in the commercial real estate industry can do to support these policies and enact real change.

A book club discussion of The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America by Richard Rothstein will follow the panel.

AGG Real Estate associate Meghan Gordon serves as co-chair of CREW Atlanta’s DEI Committee.
