AGG Partners to Present at 2024 GHCA Summer Convention

AGG partners Jason Bring, Jennifer Burgar, Glenn Hendrix, Ashley Kelly, and Madison Pool will present at the 2024 Georgia Healthcare Association Summer Convention on June 18, 2024, in Amelia Island, Florida.

Providing a legal update for attendees, the presenters will discuss AI, cybersecurity, employment law, and the staffing mandate, including legal challenges to the rule and issues with implementation.

Glenn will moderate a legislative panel, and Jason will moderate a panel discussion with the Georgia Department of Community Health.

Jason will also participate in a panel discussion on June 20, 2024, tackling “POLST in LTC – Administrative and Ethical Dilemmas.”
