AGG Food & Drug Attorneys to Speak at FDLI Introduction to Drug Law and Regulation Program

AGG Food & Drug attorneys Alan Minsk and Laura Dona will present the session “Regulation of Drug Marketing” at the Food and Drug Law Institute (“FDLI”) Introduction to Drug Law and Regulation program on November 16, 2023, from 2:50-3:50 p.m. EST.

During this session, Alan and Laura will discuss the difference between “label” and “labeling” and “false” and “misleading,” as well as the role of a corporate compliance program in managing the risks of marketing a drug. They will also provide insight on FDA’s social media guidance, use of off-label information, and considerations for other government and state entities.

The full program will be held virtually from November 15-16, 2023, and explore the essentials of drug law and regulation and the administrative agencies that impact this industry.
