AGG attorneys and Background Screening team members, Kevin Coy, Megan Mitchell, and Nicholas Tsimortos, spoke at the 2024 Professional Background Screening Association (“PBSA”) Annual Conference from September 8-10, 2024, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Kevin participated in panel discussions on the EU’s GDPR and international privacy compliance, while Megan and Nick presented on HUD’s tenant screening guidance announced in April 2024.

AGG Background Screening attorneys Henry Chalmers and Natalie Cascario attended the conference as well.
