AGG partner and Environmental practice co-chair, Beth Davis, and AGG Litigation partners David Marmins and Morgan Harrison, presented a NAIOP webinar titled “How Developers Can Prepare for PFAS ‘Forever Chemicals’ Regulation” on August 6, 2024.

During the webinar, the attorneys discussed what to do if a property contains legacy PFAS and how to get ahead of the problem. They also addressed design and filtration techniques implemented by manufacturers who have eliminated their liability exposure altogether.
