AGG’s Entertainment & Sports team partnered with ABV Agency to host “The Legal Palette: Art Law Basics and Legal Trends” on May 23, 2023.

AGG Entertainment & Sports attorneys Matt Wilson, Beth Moore, Tucker Barr, Michelle Davis, and Erin Winn, spoke alongside ABV Agency founder and creative director Greg Mike in thought-provoking conversation covering the intersection of art and the law. The panelists addressed copyrights, how artists can protect their rights, and do’s and don’ts involving public art. They also discussed legal trends affecting the art community, such as the Visual Artists rights Act, recent infringement cases, fair use and Warhol Foundation v. Goldsmith, and NFTs and AI.
