Jeff Jacobovitz will be the moderator of an American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust panel on December 3, 2019, entitled “Compliance and Ethics in the European Commission”. The program is sponsored by the ABA’s Compliance and Ethics Committee of the Antitrust Section.
