Trademark Attorney (Part-Time)

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with more than 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking an experienced Trademark attorney with at least four years’ experience in a law firm setting to join its award-winning Trademark team. Interested applicants must have deep and regular experience in trademark clearance and prosecution work (domestic and global), as well as familiarity with review of creative assets for compliance with FTC and other advertising laws. Experience with copyright law, as well as Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (“TTAB”) proceedings and litigating trademark infringement and false advertising claims in federal court is also desirable. Bonus skills include proficiency with Spanish, as well as background in the restaurant, software, life sciences, and/or consumer packaged goods industries.

This is a part-time, non-partnership track role and allows for remote work and a flexible schedule.
