Regulatory & Compliance Associate

AGG, an Am Law 200 firm with approximately 200 attorneys with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., seeks an associate with two to three years of regulatory and compliance experience in a law firm, with an emphasis on banking and financial services, payment processors, fintech, data privacy and security, anti-money laundering, and money transmission. This role will support our regulatory practices, including Payment Systems & Fintech and Privacy & Cybersecurity. Experience in drafting commercial contracts is preferred and familiarity with healthcare or environmental regulations is valued. Candidates should have a strong academic background. JD transcripts should be provided with submissions.

The salary range for this position is $205,000-$250,000, commensurate with experience. AGG offers a competitive hours-based bonus and benefits package.
